Ein Gedi Hotel, the Dead Sea:

The Ein Gedi Hotel is a highly requested venue for conferences, workshops and other activities and February is its high season, when the weather is mild and pleasant. The hotel’s isolated location and unique atmosphere of the Ein-Gedi oasis with wild animals roaming between the rooms and the luxuriant botanical garden that encompasses the paths of the compound allow the participants to fully enjoy the meeting and the Dead Sea environment.
The hotel offers various activities and its staff is at your service to assist you in planning and enjoying your stay.
The Technion is working with Diesenhaus-Unitours Incoming Tourism Ltd., the official travel agent for NCPR 2019 that will provide tourist services for participants, such as: hotel accommodations, optional tours, transfers from/to the airport, car rental, etc.
Diesenhaus-Unitours has secured a block of rooms in Ein-Gedi Hotel, making it possible to offer reduced rates to conference participants. In order to benefit from these rates, reservations, payments and notification of changes must be made with Diesenhaus-Unitours and not directly with the hotel.
Please note:
1. Accommodation rates are per night based on minimum 4 consecutive nights during conference dates and on half board basis
2. Israeli participants need to add 17% VAT to these rates.
3. Foreign participants who are also Israeli Citizens will be required to pay VAT.

5. If you wish to book less than 4 consecutive nights the rates per night will increase by 10%.

Sharing Accommodation:
If you reserve a room to be shared and paid for separately by two participants, please list the name of the other participant, or indicate that you wish us to find you a roommate. The Secretariat will assist as much as possible, but if a roommate cannot be found, the participant will be charged for a single room.
